Well it seems that Texas weather in February can be a little tricky. With another bout of ugly weather, we will be updating our website on a daily basis to better keep you informed of Range Opening and Closings.
Time to start booking your Charity and Corporate Events. Elm Fork Shooting Park is a great way to bring together your special group. Jeanie Almond will be abel to help you to put together an event that will surely be remembered by your group for time to come.
Elm Fork is capable of taking care of your groups special needs...from groups of 2 to groups of 500..we would love to have you out to experience Elm Fork Shooting Range!

February
With February under way..it seems that the weather has decided to play nice. It has been beautiful outside and it seems that everyone wants to come out to play at Elm Fork.
We are happy to have our class schedules up and ready for booking. If you are interested in basic shotgun, basic handgun, Concealed Handgun Licensing, Hunter Safety Certification, or our Practical Tactical Course, please contact our pro-shop and ask for Melissa, (972-556-0103) she will be happy to book your class for you.
Please know that class space is limited depending on the course. Check out our home pages for information regarding class dates, times, and fees. Both our Practical Tactical Course and our Concealed Handgun Course will be booked through the instructors only.
We are also booking for our Corporate, Charity and Group events. A day at the range can be a great way to promote your business, help raise funds for your specific Charity, and to celebrate group functions such as family reunions, wedding parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and team building.
We are happy to acccomodate your special event! Our Event Co-Ordinator and General Manager, Jeanie Almond, will help you to create an event which will surely be one that will be talked about for years to come. You may contact Jeanie at 972-556-0103.

Time Flies
Scott has just returned from the SHOT Show in Las Vegas. It is the largest shooting ,hunting, and outdoor sports industry event in the United States. The State of the Industry is good. We were glad to hear that especially after last year doom and gloom attitude. Most companies seemed to be really happy for our future in 1020.
We are excited for the new year, new inventory in the Pro-Shop so come on in and have a look around. We provide every thing you will need for a fun day at the Range.
Some of the local hotels even offer a special rate if you are planning on shooting with us. Those hotels are under our linked information.
We are especially happy for all of our Corporate and Charity Events. We are excited to see some of the older faces, but encouraged to meet all of the new faces that attend this year as well.

Elm Fork 2010
Happy New Year 2010. Imagine our surprise to see temperatures below freezing. Important to remember to not only check local weather reports, but our Elm Fork website for updates on range openings and closings. If you are planning on comming out make sure that you are bundled up and warm. We will make sure to have plenty of Hot Chocolate on hand.
We are so excited to see warmer weather in the comming months. Our leagues will resume the week following Spring Break (Third Week in March), If you are looking for the opportunity to compete, need a little extra practice, or just a fun night to challenge your buddies...leagues may be just for you. We will be offering 5-Stand League, Sporting Clay League, and Skeet league. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact Cynde : Cynde@elmfork.com
Our Youth Shooting Programs are beginning as well. We are happy to be the host to the Dallas County 4H. We are excited to be training future generations of Top Shots!
